Backyard Aerobics starts at 9:00 – 9:45 AM every Saturday.

- You must provide starting weight (to coach only)
- Weigh in every 2 weeks

This program!!! Alhamdulilah after months of little to no activity due to a medical condition this program was exactly what I needed. I got amazing results! Especially after just kinda being stuck at the same place for a long time. No matter what I did it just wasn’t budging. I lost a lot of inches and each day I woke up I could feel that I’d shrunk in size a little bit. Best feeling ever. I’m definitely going to just keep it going.
