As a dedicated fitness coach, I try to empower individuals to achieve their health goals through personalized training, guidance, and unwavering motivation.

Personal training offers personalized guidance, motivation, and expertise to help individuals achieve their fitness goals efficiently and safely.

YOU WILL GET:

Backyard Aerobics starts at 9:00 – 9:45 AM every Saturday.

PLEASE BRING:

  •  Yoga Mat
  • Water Bottle

HOW TO ENTER:

  • You must provide starting weight (to coach only)
  • Weigh in every 2 weeks
  • provide measurements
  • commit to 5 workouts per week
  • follow meal plan 
  • commit to weakly challenges
